"We contracted Dylan Grays consulting service to help us integrate into the Salesforce ecosystem, and being a business of less than 30 employees, committing ourselves into such a robust system seemed daunting to say the least. But, Dylan's team quickly eased our concerns after our first kickoff meeting. We were presented with a step-by-step road map for the integration, a clear and concise quote for the services we would require, and introduced to an entire team of agents that would be taking us through the process. From then on at no point where we ever confused about what was going on, what the goals were for any given task, or any other administrative or logistical challenge's.

Regarding the specific process, we had weekly meetings with the team lead from Dylan's group, complete with progress tracking and updated requirement's. Caroline lead the charge on our project and did an excellent job of extracting the appropriate information for any given aspect of our business from me, and turning that into a usable/understandable Salesforce experience unique to us and our business needs.

I have now come to the end of the first project and have asked Dylan to continue working with us to take Salesforce even further into our organization. But, looking back on our first project, I feel safe saying that we were delivered everything we expected and more, and it was delivered on time at the original price point. As mentioned above, I 100% expect to continue to use the Dylan Gray services, and would absolutely recommend them to any other business organization out there in need of these types of services."
