Assessment & Roadmap (Free)

Each new customer to DGC gets 2 – 4 hours of free consulting and/or technical support. That way you can try before you buy, and we learn what you need and if we can help.

Trust and working style are essential to a successful project and if we are not the vendor for you, you can find out fast for no risk.

Consulting & Advisory

We have learned to start with the WHAT (business needs), before we get to the HOW (technical implementation). This results in better outcomes and faster time to value for you.

Our goal is to listen, obtain a ‘ticket to your movie’, document the critical pieces so we agree what the ‘to-be’ state should look like, so we know when we are successful and can move onto the next step.

Implementation / Optimization

Whether we are adding new features and functions or cleaning up and modernizing an existing setup, we like to limit each project to 90 days maximum with weekly progress reviews to minimize risk and make sure that every week you get value and every quarter you get a significant business outcome.

Integration / Customer 360

If you want to integrate one or more systems to get a Customer 360 view in one place we can do that.

We respect your company’s data and security policies to ensure a scalable compliant connection across all your systems allowing you to enter data once and it use it many times without re-keying.

Getting a solid set of reliable key reports for each functional department is truly liberating and is step 1. Being able to manage by exception and see the areas to focus on amongst the noise is step 2. Leveraging predictable analytics (Salesforce Einstein) to statistically improve decisions is step 3.

User Acceptance Testing

Unless the system delivers value for each user they won’t use it and work arounds sprout like weeds undermining the data in the system which in turn makes it unreliable for reporting & decision making.
